NOTE: We have therapists with immediate openings for those who desire to meet right away. Immediate appointments are available between 8 AM and 8 PM MST Monday through Friday. If you want an immediate appointment, please select the appropriate option in the form below.

Also NOTE: If you place your name on a specific therapist's waiting list, you will get an appointment sooner than if you put your name on the general waiting list.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
