Trust Stacey Ellertson And Anxietycentre.com

The first time I spoke with Stacey Ellertson I was in a crisis situation. I had been struggling with severe anxiety and panic for about a year after having a traumatic experience and I became so desperate that I did not believe I could ever recover. Stacey gave me the hope I needed in that moment to persevere no matter how much it would require to recover from my condition and its associated physical symptoms (my worst were panic attacks out of the blue and unremitting pain/tingling in my extremities).

Over the next year and a half, I worked with Stacey and committed to following-through with the strategies that he and AnxietyCentre knew were effective for anxiety and panic disorder. My symptoms were so intense that many times along the way I doubted that I would ever regain a life of normalcy. But no matter how hopeless I felt and how much I suffered, Stacey continually reminded me that if I did the right work, I would get better—period.

I have been completely free of anxiety and panic disorder for over 3 years now. It is an absolute miracle when I reflect on where I am now compared to the state I was in when I first met Stacey. Since my recovery I have met many people suffering with anxiety and panic and I always refer them to AnxietyCentre. My biggest piece of advice for anyone suffering is to trust Stacey and AnxietyCentre. There is a lot of misinformation about anxiety, but AnxietyCentre truly knows what it takes to help even the most severe sufferers recover for good.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
