Stacey And Anxietycentre Changed My Life

stacey and anxietycentre truly changed my life

The day I started working with Stacey, I told myself that if I were ever able to get healthy enough to stop seeing him regularly, I would send him a thank you card because he did so much to make sure I got the help I needed to get well.

And, I can’t believe it. That day is here!

No more daily e-mails about every thought, ache, or pain. No more bickering over me needing to stop treating myself like my dad did. No more hysterical crying fits because I saw no light at the end of the tunnel.

You know, when I imagined myself in this place, I never imagined how strong I would feel. I never imagined a life where other people’s opinions weren’t the only thing ruling my view of myself. Stacey has been a huge part of helping me find myself, my voice, and my strength!

He helped me see the beauty inside myself that was buried under layers of pain and heartache. He showed me how to love myself and why doing just that wasn’t as crazy as it may seem to me. I’ve learned so much! It’s crazy that we have never met in person, and we may never meet this side of heaven. But, one thing is certain; he has helped find the woman God made me to be.

I know God is so proud of him for his patience and perseverance in our sessions. Man, I am so glad I never gave up on me, even when I was a sassy, emotional mess.

Stacey and have truly changed my life. I’ll forever see Stacey, not only as my counselor but a friend and favorite fatherly figure.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
