It was thirteen years ago that I experienced my first panic attack and started to learn that I had a condition called anxiety.

It took me years to believe it, but it was when I experienced a deep depression and severe anxiety that I found Anxiety Centre. Working with Stacey, applying the strategies and coming to believe that anxiety was the only cause of my problems has turned my life around. I can drive, go work, and all-in-all function normally again.

While I continue to work on my strategies day-by-day, I know that were it not for Anxiety Centre, I would probably still be struggling, on medication and believing the mainstream that it was just my genes (even though there is no family history of anxiety). So many sincere thanks to you and all you do. I know I can live my life with confidence again!

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
