I have worked with Hellen Krahn for half a year and consider myself very fortunate to have found a counselor like Hellen Krahn. Hellen is one of the rare anxiety counselors I have worked with that is aware of the importance of a whole around approach to healing.

She has addressed not just behavioral, thought patterns and the underlying reasons of the condition, but has also addressed diet, lifestyle, and the spiritual side, which in my case has accelerated the recovery process.

Working with Hellen has been instrumental to establishing healthy boundaries and learning to be authentic to myself without having to please others.

I am very thankful to anxietycentre.com and to Hellen for their work that has been a true blessing in my life. My life is not only back on track but is more rich and fulfilled as a result of learning the important life skills and deepening my spirituality.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
