After trying to handle anxiety by myself and with outside psychologists/ psychiatrists, again and again I found myself back at square one and miserable. I was unable to live a normal life. I started working with Brian Sellers, who showed me the invisible sources of stress that I never would have recognized. He helped me every step of the way, and truly changed my life.

I'm writing this now from a cabin in the mountains, on vacation with my family, 7 hours away from my home, which I never would have thought possible. I thank him and anxietycentre from the bottom of my heart.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
