I Cannot Thank Anxiety Counsellor Hellen Krahn Enough

I had been struggling with depression and anxiety for a long time. Over the summer, it hit me that I just wasn't myself. No matter how hard I tried on my own will, it seemed that nothing was helping me reach restoration.

The breaking point for me was when my manager pulled me aside at work and asked me if there was something going on in my family that was causing my work performance to spiral downward. I knew then that my anxiety disorder was affecting my life, so much so that other people, even my co-workers, were beginning to wonder what was wrong. I decided then to join up with the anxietycentre to fully address my anxiety condition.

When I met Hellen, I knew instantly she was the right therapist for me. Within the first few months working with Hellen, I realized that much of my disorder was rooted in unresolved spiritual issues as well as deeply rooted behaviors I had learned from growing up in a dysfunctional household.

Our sessions have been intense, but I can honestly say that I have grown as a person and have overcome much of my anxious behaviors by addressing the root causes of my disorder while working with Hellen.

If you are looking for someone to push you, motivate you, and to get at the true cause of your anxious behaviors, I would recommend Hellen in a heartbeat. She is (in my opinion) a Godsend and she provides the encouragement to move onward towards restored health and well-being.

I cannot thank Hellen enough for what she has done for me thus far, and I know I will only continue to succeed. I will continue on to full recovery as I work with her through my anxiety condition.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
