Question

Do Your Anxiety Therapists Work With Clients From The UK?

Answer

Yes, you can work with one of our recommended anxiety disorder therapists. We have many therapy clients in the UK.

Because our recommended therapists live in various parts of the world and not just in Canada and the USA,

Many of our recommended therapists work flexible hours to accommodate clients from around the world and at most times during the day or evening, including in the UK.

We also have a therapist in Germany and two in New Zealand. So again, meeting with clients from around the world is no problem.

We have many clients from different parts of the world.

And all our recommended therapists use phone or Internet-based technologies (such as with Skype, ZOOM, etc.) to meet with their clients. So, again, you can work with one of our recommended therapists no matter where you live, including in the UK.

The best way to choose a therapist is to read their bios and then select the therapist you think closely matches the criteria you are looking for.

Some people like to work with a therapist who had similar symptoms; some people look for areas of expertise, training, and credentials; and others look for life experience and personality match.

Whatever you believe is important, we believe you’ll find it among our recommended therapists.

Once you select the therapist you’d like to work with and send us your appointment request, the therapist will contact you and let you know of their appointment availabilities.

You can select the availability that works the best for you. Again, most therapists work flexible hours and should be able to accommodate your time zone difference and schedule.

Keep in mind that all our recommended therapists have personally experienced anxiety disorder, have overcome it, and are experienced and professionally trained to help you deal with anxiety disorder (and any other mental health challenge you’d like to discuss).

If a particular therapist doesn’t have openings when you’d like to meet, there’s likely another therapist that has those openings.

So again, yes, you can work with one of our recommended therapists no matter where you live or the time zone difference.

We’ve been providing online therapy to clients from around the world for almost twenty years.

We're very familiar with what works and what doesn’t, and the process of working with clients from around the world.

You should have no problem connecting with one of our recommended therapists, if that’s of interest to you.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed – which we call the underlying factors of anxiety – a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
