This Would Not Have Been Possible Without Anxietycentre.com
Good afternoon!!
I was just thinking about anxietycentre.com today and wanted to touch base. I was a client of anxietycentre.com about 11 years ago, both through reading your Recovery Support website and also getting personal counselling sessions with Doug Wildman.
I'm very happy to report that I have been virtually anxiety free and "recovered" since 2007. All the tools I learned here have had lasting effects and I know I will never have problematic anxiety ever again.
Interestingly enough, I recently had an episode about a month ago waking up in the middle of the night with a few anxiety symptoms that came out of nowhere. In the past, this would have put me back on the anxiety merry go round but I woke up in the morning, started my relaxation exercises and by that night was back to 100% normal again. All of this would have not been possible without anxietycentre. I'm the boss...anxiety is not.
Thank you again for everything, and please say hello to Jim and Doug for me. :-)
Warm regards,
Nevin F., Canada
