The information and anxiety counseling I received from you and your web site have given me the necessary instructions to recover from a debilitating experience with an anxiety disorder, brought on by a lengthy period of stresses I had experienced.
The first year of my anxiety condition, I was digging myself deeper and deeper into the anxiety trap, as I worried about all of my bizarre symptoms. When I finally found your anxiety website however, the information it provided made a lot of sense to me, and helped to put my mind at ease. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed - the underlying factors that motivate apprehensive behavior - a struggle with anxiety disorder can return again and again.
