I Can't Recommend Marie Enough
I could write pages and pages about how God used anxietycentre.com and my therapist, Marie Filion, who I found on your site, to save my life!
I had been a lifelong anxiety sufferer at the end of my rope when I found anxietycentre.com. I felt it was important for me to work with a therapist to get the best treatment but I had personal, non-negotiables in a therapist. First, and most important, the therapist had to be a Christian. And second, the therapist had to be a woman. When I was ready to look into the therapists at anxietycentre.com, the only person who was taking new clients was Marie, who was both a woman and a Christian! Also, as are all the other therapists at anxietycentre.com, she suffered and overcame anxiety in her own life.
In past years, I had gone to other therapists, but none did the work that Marie did with me! Step by step, she tackled all the issues that led to my chronic anxiety. We worked together to get me back, not to where I was, but to a much better place - healthier and more joyous than I have ever been!
I learned so much from Marie and am so much stronger than I ever thought I could be. I can't begin to recommend Marie enough. If you do the work and follow what she teaches, you will get better.
She is an absolute godsend!

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder coach, counselor, or therapist is the most effective way to address anxiety disorder and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed - the underlying factors that motivate apprehensive behavior - a struggle with anxiety disorder can return again and again. Identifying and successfully addressing anxiety's underlying factors is the best way to overcome problematic anxiety.
