I Am Very Thankful To Hellen Krahn And Anxietycentre.com.
I have worked with Hellen Krahn for half a year and consider myself very fortunate to have found a counselor like Hellen Krahn. Hellen is one of the rare anxiety counselors I have worked with that is aware of the importance of a whole around approach to healing.
She has addressed not just behavioral, thought patterns and the underlying reasons of the condition, but has also addressed diet, lifestyle, and the spiritual side, which in my case has accelerated the recovery process.
Working with Hellen has been instrumental to establishing healthy boundaries and learning to be authentic to myself without having to please others. I am very thankful to anxietycentre.com and to Hellen for their work that has been a true blessing in my life. My life is not only back on track but is more rich and fulfilled as a result of learning the important life skills and deepening my spirituality.
