After trying to handle anxiety by myself and with outside psychologists/ psychiatrists, again and again I found myself back at square one and miserable. I was unable to live a normal life. The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist is the most effective way to address anxiety disorder and its many symptoms.
