"I tried everything. The
Linden Method, the Midwest Center's method by Lucinda
Bassett, a number of psychiatrists, AND numerous medications.
Nothing worked for me. But after only a few months with
you and your program, I'm 90% recovered and well on my
way to full recovery. I can't thank you enough. I'm recommending
you to everyone I know."

Reading good self-help information
has proven to be just as effective as medication in the treatment
of anxiety and most depression disorders.
For more entrenched anxiety or depression
conditions, however, self-help information may not be enough
to bring about full or lasting recovery.
Many people can achieve partial recovery using
self-help information, but often the assistance of an experienced
personal coach/counselor/therapist is required to attain
normal and lasting health.
For example, a recent study from Sweden found
that those who accessed internet-based self-help
information that was coupled with weekly telephone counseling/therapy
sessions produced better results than those who didn’t.
The study’s summary states that compared
with the control group (those who didn’t access this
type of help) the treated participants experienced greater
reductions on measures of general and social anxiety, avoidance,
and depression. In fact, because they found this approach
so effective, 93 percent of the participants finished their
treatment, and one year later all improvements had been maintained.
The study’s conclusions state that based on their findings, there
is sufficient evidence to support the use of internet-based
treatment supplemented by weekly telephone calls.
A similar study was done with individuals who
experienced depression. The results were similar.
We’ve known this for years, because this
has been our experience as well. We’ve found that those
who combine self-help information with weekly coaching/counseling
see a more complete recovery with lasting results.
Naturally, the better the self-help information
and coaching/counseling expertise, the better the results
will be.
We’ve also found that the best source
of coaching/counseling help comes from those who have personally
experienced and conquered entrenched anxiety and depression
in their own lives. This kind of personal experience is extremely
beneficial to those who are struggling with the same types
of conditions. The coach’s/counselor’s personal
experience provides a significant advantage over those who
may have only learned how to treat anxiety or depression.
Many of our clients tell us how much
more helpful it is knowing we’ve been through it
ourselves, and how comforting it is to talk with people
who KNOW how they feel and truly understand what they are
going through. |
"Thank you, Marilyn. I have
given your website to many as I feel you have been the
best coach that I have had and have gotten the most in
the quickest amount of time."
L.V., USA
"I've learned more talking
with you for 60 minutes than I have over the last 12 years
talking with others including psychiatrists, psychologists
and counsellors. I can't believe how helpful you've been.
You are truly a God-send and an answer to my prayers. God
bless."

Our personal
coaches/counselors use a cognitive approach (talk therapy).
Studies have shown that cognitive therapies provide a more
thorough and lasting recovery. Presently, it is the ONLY
treatment that provides lasting relief with a very low incidence
of rebound. It also is the only approach that produces a
recovery rate of well over 90 percent.
If you’ve been struggling with a stress, anxiety,
sleep, depression, or other behavioral disorders, personal
coaching may be the most effective option for you.
Our Personal Coaching program produces results. Our coaches/counselors
are living testimonies that this approach works, time and
time again. |
"Your personal coaching has
been immensely helpful. I can't thank you enough. Why
doesn't anyone else know what you know? I'm glad we connected.
I look forward to each conversation. Many thanks!!"
R. T., France
"I've been trying to self-help
myself for years, and still couldn't find my way back to "normal" health.
I then started with the personal one-on-one approach and
it's made a world of difference. I'm finally experiencing
the kind of recovery I always looked for. Thanks Jim. I'm
thrilled that I can finally see a light at the end of the
long dark tunnel."
