is a condition we cause. It only lingers when we don’t
understand it or know how to reverse it.
All of us at anxietycentre.com have experienced excruciating
anxiety in our own lives. We know how it feels and what it can
do.
But because we’ve experienced anxiety AND
have overcome it, we also know that not only is it reversible,
but anyone can recover from it when they know how. With
regards to anxiety (including all disorders such as panic attack
disorder, anxiety attack disorder, social anxiety, and generalized
anxiety disorder, to name a few) knowledge
is power! The more you know, the better off you'll be.

conquered our anxiety disorders and continue to live normal lives
because we learned HOW to do it.
For example, I (Jim Folk) suffered with intensely
debilitating anxiety (including intense and persistent anxiety
attack disorder) for 12 years (from 1974 to 1986). But after
discovering how to conquer it, I recovered from my anxiety condition
in 1987 and continue to live with normal health today (over 21
years).
Because of our own struggles with anxiety, we are committed

any “quick fix,” “miracle cures,” or “secret
remedies” for it. Anxiety recovery requires accessing the
right information, help, and support, then applying the right
tools to bring about lasting success. Anyone can do it when they
know how and have the proper support.
Sadly, many people try a wide assortment
of herbs, remedies, vitamins, and secret formulas in hopes
of finding lasting relief. Unfortunately, these options generally
don’t provide satisfactory
or lasting relief, so they continue to flip flop between hope
and despair, feeling better and feeling worse...for years. This
is a common struggle for many with anxiety.
