Webster’s dictionary defines anxiety as:

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) – identifying and successfully addressing the unhealthy behaviors that cause anxiety unwellness. CBT also teaches you healthy coping skills, recovery tools, and strategies for lasting success, such as containment and fear extinction, to name two.
Behavior Modification – modifying behavior to decrease anxious behavior and increase a focus on the joys and pleasures in life.
Mindfulness Training - learning "in the moment" techniques that enhance peace and calm, which can reduce and prevent apprehensiveness.
Emotional Therapy – understanding and becoming in charge of your emotions. Many anxious personalities go by how they feel a lot. Many also fear their emotions believing they can become uncontrollable. Emotional therapy teaches you what emotions are, how to be in charge of them, and the correct role they should play in your life.
Exposure Therapy – extinguishing fears require we confront them. But we believe this approach should only be used once you are well equipped with healthy behavioral and coping skills.
