I wanted to let you know how wonderful I think you are. I am very thankful for all the great tools and strategies I've gained from you and anxietycentre.com over the last year. But mostly I appreciated the warmth in your voice that was always there during our conversations. I never thought it was possible to talk about such personal issues with someone and have them take such a non-judgemental stance, and for that I thank you. You treated me very kindly and with great respect.
I've not only learned great ways to manage my anxiety but I also learned valuable lessons about how to treat people and how I should be treated. You are a one of a kind, and truly blessed and loved. Thank you for all you have done for me.
The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed - we call these core causes the underlying factors of anxiety - a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
