First of all, I would like to thank you so much for making The Anxiety Centre available to everyone and for offering such a valuable set of resources.
Living in a non English speaking country has had it's cultural challenges over the years. I truly believe Nancy was placed on this earth to guide humans to become and master their emotions with ease, to be able to change how they store information to make the most from their lives and others. Through her incredible professional, authentic approach serves all well who have been fortunate enough to experience Nancy. I am lucky to say, I am one of those people, I feel truly blessed.
Anxiety centre, thank you for everything. I am determined more than ever to take my successful personal journey and pass it onto others :). In fact, I am in training as we speak, I have been so inspired by my results from Nancy that I just had to pass it on. I encourage anyone with anxiety/stress to seek the resources from a specialist such as Nancy, to become in balance with your mind and body, to where you will reach a point when you will realize that actually, once you understand anxiety, it can become your friend, one that is useful rather than fearful, to improve your quality of life, thus becoming the person that each of us deserve to be.
I have such thanks and gratitude from this experience that I have dedicated the rest of my life to helping others. I have found my passion!

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed - we call these core causes the underlying factors of anxiety - a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
