I just wanted to thank you, Jim and Marilyn Folk. I owe the quality of my life to you guys. It's been about 5 years now and I have remained healthy from anxiety illness. I know I will never have another panic attack, chronic insomnia, muscle twitching and a laundry list of others things I was experiencing when I first reached out to you guys.
You guys must get this all of the time. However, I am another success story for you guys. I just wanted you two to know that I think of you often and will never forget or stop being grateful for what you did for me personally and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed - we call these core causes the underlying factors of anxiety - a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
