I really appreciate everything you've done for me. You've given me my life back. I never thought I would have been able to feel so good. Anxiety is a non-issue for me now.
Looking back, I can't believe all of the things I tried to get rid of my anxiety and symptoms. I wish I would have found you first. I highly recommend you as a personal coach to anyone looking to conquer anxiety and return to normal living. You're the best. I know I've told you that many time, but it's true.

The combination of good self-help information and working with an experienced anxiety disorder therapist, coach, or counselor is the most effective way to address anxiety and its many symptoms. Until the core causes of anxiety are addressed - we call these core causes the underlying factors of anxiety - a struggle with anxiety unwellness can return again and again. Dealing with the underlying factors of anxiety is the best way to address problematic anxiety.
