About anxietycentre.com

Anxietycentre.com was established in 1996, and stemmed from Jim Folk's personal mission to help others recover from anxiety disorder.

Jim’s mission began in 1987 after he recovered from his 12-year struggle with extremely disabling anxiety. Because of the personal anguish he experienced during his struggle, he vowed to help others so that they wouldn’t have to suffer as he did.

Anxietycentre.com is an extension of his work, and is fully committed to helping those who struggle with stress, anxiety, panic, sleep, and depression disorders, as well as abuse, grief, and other personal and interpersonal relationship issues.

We combine physiological, psychological, and spiritual (for those who wish to talk about the spiritual side of life) strategies to help educate and support our clients through to lasting recovery.

Our website resource offers information, community, and support to those in recovery.  It contains a wealth of self-help information on these topics, as well as a private members discussion forum that many view as their “virtual support group.”

In addition to our website resource, we offer in-person, instant messaging (MSN, Yahoo, SKYPE), and telephone personal coaching/counseling/therapy services to those who desire personal help, accountability, and support.

Our organization has a global reach that touches the lives of people around the world. We are passionate about helping others, and committed to providing compassionate care.
