What is the best way to overcome anxiety disorder?

The most effective way to overcome anxiety for good is with the combination of good self-help information and therapy. Good self-help information will help you understand what anxiety is, why it occurs, how it affects the body, and more importantly, what you can do to help yourself get better. Understanding anxiety is a key component to overcoming it for good. Understanding anxiety also helps us to be less afraid of it. Since fear is one of the main ingredients in anxiety disorder, reducing fear helps to reduce anxiety as a disorder.

Anxiety disorder is not caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain, a biological problem with the brain, or because of a genetic predisposition. Anxiety disorder occurs when people live more anxiously than normal. People live more anxiously than others because of the unhealthy behaviors they have learned. We call these unhealthy behaviors the underlying factors of anxiety.

An experienced anxiety disorder therapist can help you identify these underlying factors and help you successfully address them. Once these factors have been identified and successfully addressed, anxiety as a disorder, including its symptoms, disappears by default. This approach gets at the root of anxiety disorder and not simply addresses the symptoms. Once the root cause of anxiety disorder has been addressed, the condition and its symptoms disappear on their own.

While there are many people who claim to sell so-called “miracle cures” and “quick fix remedies” to resolve anxiety disorder, none of them provide lasting results, because none of them get at the root of anxiety. Getting at the root of anxiety solves it as a disorder, and once and for all.

Yes, resolving anxiety disorder properly requires work. But anxiety disorder doesn’t resolve on its own. We have to work at it to resolve it. The good news is that anyone can do it with the right information, help, and support.

For years only provided self-help materials. And while many people found them helpful, we noticed many continued to struggle to a certain degree. To address that problem, we implemented the personal coaching/counseling/therapy option, which has made a significant difference. Those who employ a combination of self-help information and therapy succeed in overcoming anxiety disorder. And the results are lasting.

If you are interested in overcoming your anxiety disorder once and for all, you can do it with the combination of good self-help information and therapy provided by an experienced anxiety disorder therapist. The best therapists to work with are those who have personally experienced and have successfully overcome anxiety disorder in their own lives. We find that personal experience with anxiety disorder makes a significant difference in the quality of therapy your receive.

So again, the most effective way to overcome anxiety disorder is with the combination of good self-help information and therapy that is provided by experienced anxiety disorder therapists.
